Our eat.fit rajma masala is prepared using thermal processing in the state of art retort machine. Food is sealed in a laminate pouch and thermally processed in retort to set temperature (Or above 100°C) for a set time in order to achieve a commercially sterile product i.e., eliminating microbial organisms that can cause food spoilage, resulting in food that is safe to store without refrigeration. Multilayer polymeric package offers excellent barrier properties against water vapour, gases & light and hence, captures all flavour which gives you fresh food feel in every packet. It is the combination of thermal process & laminate which imparts shelf life of 12 months (check with label) with good retention of nutrients & freshness of food.
